Confirmation: A confirmation packet will be sent for each registrant eight weeks in advance of the course. It will contain information on class dates and location. Please review the confirmation carefully and check for any changes.

Payment and Cancellation Policy: Pre-registration for classes is required. In order to guarantee your reservation, payment for courses is required in full two weeks prior to the course. Cancellations must be made at least three business days in advance. All late cancellations are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Additionally, your agency will be billed in full for "no shows." Please make checks payable to the San José State University Foundation.
